  1. Select your desired items and add to cart.
  2. Upon “Check out” you will be give an email address to sent the Interact E-transfer. Instructions on how to send an Interact E-transfer please refer to video above.
  3. Allow up to 24 hours for your order to be process. Once your order is processed by one of our team member, you will receive a tracking # for your package. Please allow up to 4 hours for the shipping code to be active. As we still need to pass the package to Canada post.
  4. Sit back and relax. Your package is on it’s way.
  5. Allow 1-3 business days for your package to arrive . Please contact us if you haven’t received your package after 5 business days. Only then are we able to request an investigation from Canada Post.

  • Canada Post requires us to wait 2 days before we are able to launch an investigation for a missing package. For any reason if you don’t receive your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, please let us know so we can conduct an investigation to locate your order.
  • In the event that your package is lost, we will gladly replace your order for you. If Canada post happens to retrieve your package, sit back and relax your package is on it’s way. Please allow 2-5 business days for this process.
  • We strive to provide you with the best service possible by ensuring that your package is shipping out as soon as possible. However, once it’s shipped it’s out of ours hands. Due to the volume that Canada post get on any given day, please allow some room for errors on their behalf. We can assure that if there is a problem we will get to fixing it ASAP!
  • Check with your building security/concierge, they might be holding on to your package.
  • Check shipping address entered to ensure that it’s correct.
  • We’re unsure why but this happens with Canada Post from time to time. Not just with our company but others as well. The package will say delivered but won’t show up for another day or two.
  • In This event, please contact us after 2 days of confirmed delivery. Only then can we launch an investigation with Canada Post. Allow 2-5 business days for the investigation.

Please allow 24 hours after your order’s been processed to see it. The number won’t be trackable until the package is delivered to the post office. If you experience this issue past 24 hours please contact us immediately so we can look into this for you.
